So, does she leave it on, you know, “all the time”?

This post deals with some, uh, indelicate issues.

If you don’t want to read it, don’t.
So, the Good Doctor and I are out one evening having a few drinks and some mezzes with a friend.

Let us call this friend “S”. S is a rather secular Egyptian.
S told us this story.

S says that there is a friend, T. T is male, not from Egypt. T has a “girl friend”.

This girl friend is a married mother of a couple of kids. She is Egyptian. She wears a veil (headscarf).

So S asked T, “she is married, and wears a headscarf, does she, you know, let you do anything”

T’s response was “yes, we do lots of things. But she never takes of the veil. Ever”.

As the Good Doctor and I were contemplating that image, S states the obvious:

“Apparently it is ok to cheat on your husband, as long as you don’t let your lover see your hair.”

S then goes on to say:

“Wait, it gets better. One time, while they were, um, amorously engaged, the call to prayer was heard. She made him stop and wait while she prayed.

They continued afterwards.”

Now, I don’t find the objection to sex during the call to prayer all that odd.

I do find the desire to leave the headscarf on as odd.

I fear that I would be ??immature?? ??insensitive?? enough to try to figure what the boundaries were EXACTLY with regard to the headscarf and sex.

I think I should stop now before I get myself in trouble.

One reply on “So, does she leave it on, you know, “all the time”?”

So a couple of questions occur to me here:

1) Does he get to see any OTHER part(s) of her? Is it only the veil that stays on?

Jack: Well, I am getting this 2nd hand, but i believe it is only the veil that stays on.

2) Is this common or is she playing some weird sort of fantasy game?

Jack: Well this is the only western male that I know that is having an affair with a married egyptian, woman. So I cannot answer that question. And the good Dr would be upset if I were to “research” this personally, i would wage.

3) Speaking of fantasy, I could see a call-to-prayer fantasy game being played out too (perhaps not during the actual call to prayer) — I’m sure you can imagine what I’m talking bout.

Jack: I have no comment.

Please research and report back. Kthkxbye.
