When you get to chaing mai, go here;
HAUS MUNCHEN BAR & RESTAURANT

115/3 Loi Kroh Rd. ChiangMai 50100

HOFBRAUHAUS

115/1-2 Loi Kroh Rk. ChiangMai 50100

they’re right next to each other – run by a German ex-pat and his Thai wife. I can’t remember how drunk I got in ’90 when I was there, ‘cuz I don’t remember. 🙂

exhausting… and then you will be back in seattle. looking forward to your return and hearing a bit more about all of your adventures. guess you really are taking the “long way home!” Enjoy!

At Siem Reap, if you’re going to Angkor and you need transport, ask around for Mr. Siev Sokey, a cyclo driver. He’ll pick you up at your hotel and take you to the sites. His cyclo is clean and comfortable. He’s a nice guy and honest. If he likes you, he just might take you to his village if you want to go. Co-sign Steve – yummy German food.

And when you’re in Kuala Lumpur I’ll be taking you to El Cerdo and Eurohaus. You have my number, don’t be a stranger. My regards to Kaddee. Oh, and my dad was a bit disappointed he didn’t to meet up with you on your return from Thailand. Must have been your charm.
